What is The Lashpreneur Society?
Running a business requires a completely different skill set than being a lash artist. The artistry side of the business is important. But, if you don’t know how to run a business, you’ll struggle to make a living.
If you want to make money doing what you love and not have to worry about funds running low, you need to work on your business skills. This is where The Lashpreneur Society comes to your rescue.
The Lashpreneur Society is a group business coaching program that offers in-depth training that reveals the step-by-steps you need to take to go from overlooked to fully booked and beyond.
But that’s just grazing the surface of what The Lashpreneur Society is and what it has to offer.
Inside the society, we have our Success Path, which is our core curriculum of training that’s split into three modules:
#1: START MODULE
You can’t apply a full set of lashes without adhesive and you can’t build a successful lash business without laying down the foundations first. The Start Module is one that most artists skip because it’s not exactly the glamorous side of running a business.
Instead, it dives into the fundamentals of running a business that most lash artists aren’t even aware of.
You’ll discover how to implement systems and processes to create a solid foundation for your business to grow on.
You’ll wear a lot of hats in this stage and have a well-rounded grasp on everything from setting up a website to accounting, legalities, security, office management and all of that good stuff we usually want to avoid.
Don’t worry, I make all of this as fun and entertaining as possible.
You won’t find any ‘Judge Judy’ type trainings that both bore and frighten you to a standstill.
If you’re not a maths whizz, this is the module that walks you through accounting. Knowing your numbers is central to running a successful business. You’ll learn how to price yourself in a profitable way, how many clients you need to reach your goal income and so much more.
We talk accounting, branding, scheduling and price points with the goal of getting you to work full-time in your lash business.
Of course, full-time means different things to different people. Not everybody wants to work 40 hours a week and that’s fine. Whatever full-time means to you, that’s what you’ll be working towards when you embark on the START Module of The Success Path.
#2: BUILD MODULE
This is our members’ favorite module and for good reason!
It’s all about getting clients through the door and when we say clients, we mean the RIGHT types of clients that are going to keep coming back to you for touch-ups and maintenance in the long-term.
This module helps you identify your Most Favorite Client (MFC) so that each marketing material you put out into the world targets the right type of client and is built with clarity and purpose.
You’ll also learn how to master your Unique Selling Point (USP), create a client converting website that works, create a network of other business owners to rave about your services and that’s just the tip of the iceberg!
We also teach you how to take your Instagram game to the next level.
You might have a lot of followers, but are they the right followers? Are they potential clients or are they random people who have started following you for no apparent reason?
If so, it’s time for a follower cleanse. Yes, it’s just as peaceful and empowering as it sounds. Basically, it involves grabbing a drink, taking a seat and removing people from your Instagram who will never become your clients.
That means saying goodbye to some friends, family members, other lash artists, a few people you had a crush on back in high school and so on. Once it’s done, you’ll be ready to focus on Instagram, please the algorithm and focus on ‘profitability over popularity.’
The heart of this module is about building your clientele and getting your clients the results they want to keep them coming back month after month.
#3: GROW MODULE
The third module is all about becoming the CLO – as in, the Chief Lash Officer in your business. You’ll reach this stage when you’re fully booked or in high demand and you’re finding it difficult to squeeze any new clients in.
This module helps you to keep the success going so that it doesn’t slow down or get on top of you.
You’ll learn more about your artistry and you might even start mentoring other lash artists too.
Have you ever wanted to develop a product line? This is the time to do it!
With everything going so well, this is your chance to grow even further. If you need help in the business, you can consider bringing on a team and you’ll get all of the advice and guidance you need to help you grow a team that’s right for you and your business.

This is a monthly deliverable that the whole group takes part in and it’s packed with everything you need to know about improving your marketing plan based on the monthly theme.
Coaching and Support
I know everybody likes to brag about their Facebook community but believe me when I say that ours is worth bragging about!
We’ve put so much pride in protecting our community and keeping it as supportive as possible.
No matter what question or problem you have, there’s always somebody ready and willing to help.
Each month, I do two live coaching sessions and you’ll also have other coaches who are available to jump on a call and offer guidance and support each week.
You’ll also have the opportunity to get one-on-one coaching with me, which is worth $1,500 right now but honestly, it’s worth so much more than that.
If you want to get a free one-on-one coaching session with me, all you have to do is be crowned the most engaged member in our community.

How much does The Lashpreneur Society cost?
Now it’s time for the answer you’ve all been waiting for – how much does all of this cost?
Well, as of right now, it costs $49 per month to join The Lashpreneur Society.
If you break the cost down, this rounds up to around $1.63 per day.
Or, you can go for the annual membership and get two months free, so it equates to around $1.33 per day and you’ll save quite a lot of money that way.
