It’s a tale as old as time… One of your clients comes in and her lashes are not looking the way that you thought they would look. They’re way less full than you thought, with barely any lashes left, and suddenly that “fill” appointment practically turns into a full set for a fill price.

Every once in a while, if a client has retention issues, it’s not a huge deal. But if you are constantly having clients that are coming in every two to three weeks with little to no lashes, and you’re charging them for a fill, or perhaps not charging them at all, this becomes extremely problematic for your business.

This is a waste of your time and money, on top of causing major inconsistency in your business.
