I’ve tried more business courses than I’d like to admit - what makes this program different and so many of your Society students successful?

What makes The Lashpreneur Society different than any course you’ve ever taken…

It’s not a course!

Sure, it has “course elements” to it like our core curriculum called “The Success Path” that we break into the three distinct components:

#1. The Curriculum - The Success Path Core Curriculum has Over 50 Video & Audio Business Trainings Showing you Step by Step on How to Start, Build and Grow your Beauty Business. Trainings on Marketing, Social Media Strategy (including how to edit photos and write captions), Accounting Best Practices and what and how to pay yourself, implementing policies, how to price yourself for profit and growth, referral programs, online reviews, what happens beyond fully booked and so much more!

#2. The Coaching - Live Monthly Group Coaching Calls and daily support from myself and my Lashpreneur Certified Business Coaches inside of our Member’s Only Facebook community. Got a question? A problem with a client? Not sure what marketing is working and not working? Questioning moving your location or signing a long term lease? We’ve got your back on guiding you through what your options are AND what choice is the most aligned with the result that YOU want!

The COACHING is the biggest difference between this program and anything out there in our industry. You get ongoing support every month if you want it and not just a coach’s attention for a set period of time (typically 6-8 weeks for most courses). 

#3. The Community - 24/7 Access to Our Engaged Community of Like Minded Women inside of our Member’s Only Facebook Group. Y’all - this group of women is STELLAR at being the most supportive, understanding, empowering and give it to you straight kind of crew you’ll ever run into in this industry. We’re not here to boost your ego or bash your clients - we’re here to transform how you see yourself and your business through the lens of a successful Lashpreneur. You will not find catty or bitchy women in this group (we moderate the heck out of this group to ensure conversations are constructive and we leave the egos at the door. And yes, we have removed members from the group who choose to continue to spread their negative nancy ways). We choose empowering and life giving conversations even when those conversations challenge your beliefs about yourself and your experiences - because we KNOW and have experienced that ANYTHING is possible - so we want to support you in showing up from that “unlimited possibilities” mindset too!

We also regularly celebrate wins and reward our members who show up for others. Each month - we award our Member of the Month with a free 1 hour coaching session with me! They earn the Member of the Month by being the most engaged member of the community that month (and we start over at the beginning of each month so everyone has a fair chance each month!). We have had members earn Member of the Month multiple times - so really - if you want private coaching with me - show up and pay it forward by serving and supporting your fellow members!

I don’t have enough (or any!) clients, how long until I’m fully booked?

Ah yes - the pinnacle of Lashpreneur Legends - the Fully Booked/No Longer Accepting New Clients status!

Here’s my answer for ya! It will take as long or as little as you want it to. 

You want to be fully booked? GREAT! We’ve had members who started off with zero clients and no business when joining become fully booked in less than a year. It took me 6 months to go from 14 regular clients to fully booked when I opened my business. And then there are those that have been members of the community since it’s inception in 2017 years ago who occasionally ask a question in the Facebook group but haven’t touched the curriculum or shown up to a coaching session that are still struggling to get clients in the door.

So to answer your question - you’ll get the results that you try for. If you’re determined to be fully booked - then girl - I will show up right along side you and cheer you on, support ya as you need, and guide you through new obstacles that you’ll face. You want to slow play this because your biz is a side hustle and you’re not ready to go all in the biz - I’ll meet you where you’re at. You’re fully booked and ready to bring on a team - let’s dive into the reasons why you want a team and make sure it aligns with your work/life goals - then we can jump on a call to see if 1:1 coaching is the right fit for you as the steps and process for building out a team is a higher level strategy than what is covered in the Society - but I’m going to want to make sure you’ve got the foundations of your business in place FIRST prior to pouring fuel on the expansion fire!

Will I Learn Marketing?

I couldn’t call myself The Lashpreneur if I don’t teach you marketing! Marketing is totally my jam and thing that I love to teach the most on. It’s also what gets most lash artists the results and confidence they’re looking for. So abso-freakin-lutely! We cover Target marketing, what to have on your website, social media marketing and what role that plays in your overall marketing, how to work with influencers and other business owners, referral programs, online reviews - we have even have some guest expert masterclass trainings on paid advertising with google and facebook ads. We also have trainings on the foundational aspects of running a business like accounting and financial management and how to pay yourself and how much to pay yourself, legalities of running a business and ideas for policies, how to enforce your policies, how to set your clients up for success in your consultation, how to prebook clients, taking and editing your lash photos, how to know what to price yourself to not lose money and also how to reach a goal income and what happens and what to do when you become fully booked.

How Long Does it Take to Complete the Training?

This isn’t a course - so there is no “6 Weeks and You’re Done” timeline to this program. This is a monthly membership that you pay for as long as you want access to the Curriculum, Coaching, and Community. As soon as you no longer want access to those things - you can cancel your membership at any time.

This program is also 100% self paced and we have members of all experience levels, time in business, and revenue levels. So you are not ahead or behind in the game no matter how long you’re a member - you get to choose how much time you invest in learning what we teach, getting support for where you get stuck and learning how others handle situations you’re facing.  

This program was not designed as a cookie cutter - one training fits all solution. It was designed to support you as your business grows. If you’re new to business and NEVER run a business before - the price increase training will not be relevant to you for some time. If your schedule is about half way full to being fully booked - that price increase training is going to be the carrot you’re working towards. And if you’re already at max capacity and overbooked - then that price increase training is going to be the lifeline you need to free up time to get you more capacity to grow your business to new levels.

No matter how long you’ve been in business… every single training will teach you something new - whether you think you need to go through it or not - I encourage you to come in with a student’s heart and mind and be open to learning new things and challenging what you’ve learned up to this point in your career - cause I teach a lot of methods that aren’t intuitive or common sense.

Will This Program Work If I'm Not A Lash Artist?

Great question! It really depends on your biz savvy skills and if you can take the business principles we teach and apply them to your market and clientele. The principles and trainings you will learn are directed towards service based beauty business owners, if we give examples of how a business principle is implemented in a business - it can be more specific to lash businesses. Most of our members offer a variety of beauty services that they apply what they learn in the Society to grow their business as a whole. One way to know if the Society is a good fit for you is if you've found value in what I share online and are able to apply that to your business, there's no reason The Lashpreneur Society curriculum and trainings would be any different.

I’ve been in business for a while and I’m working a lot of hours and a lot of days, how can The Lashpreneur Society help me get more time back cause I can’t handle anymore clients!

OOO girl - I can sense the overwhelm and pressure you’re living under. And this is often an aspect of being fully booked that most people on the other side don’t anticipate.

You are time poor instead of money poor (and if you’re money poor while still being fully booked - you have got some major holes in your business so I can totally feel the burn out creeping in!).

Here’s where The Lashpreneur Society gives those of you who can’t handle the level of demand you have for your business (IF you create the time to go through the program)...

Somewhere along the way to starting your own business - you didn’t quite make the necessary transition from “Employee” to CEO. So my friend, what you have created is not only just a job for yourself where you clock in - do the work until you’re exhausted - add more clients and more days until you can’t see straight - and risk burn out, injury and chronic health problems - but you also now answer to not just one boss - but 40, 50, 60 bosses who you call clients.

This is the OPPOSITE of the freedom and control that a CEO should have in their business.

And you’re not to blame because you didn’t know any better. Nobody teaches you to be a CEO in beauty school (or regular schooling for that matter!). But that also means that the first step to stepping into the CEO role is to recognize there are aspects about your business that aren’t working for you - and if there’s no you - there’s no business. So once you recognize that nobody is coming to save you from yourself - you can now accept ownership of the choices you made to get you to this point in your business - AND - start to make different choices.

The coaching aspect of the Society is going to BLOW YOUR MIND and open you up to a whole world of shifts and ideas on how to transition from being that overworked employee in your business to that confident and empowered CEO that… dare I say… has weekends off? And only works a max of like, 5-6 hours a day.

The Foundations trainings inside of the society will also be the missing ingredients you never learned like knowing how much money you make, and how to know whether you’re profitable or not, and having a schedule that creates scarcity and how that works in the overall growth of your business. Cause I’m guessing this overworked status you find yourself in came from a place of scarcity - amiright? Meaning you fear turning away any clients cause God forbid they go somewhere else and you “lose” them. GIRL - YOU HAVE NO ROOM TO TAKE THEM. If you knew how much money you wanted to pay yourself and what revenue level the business needed to be at to accomplish that - you would feel freedom in turning down clients knowing that - your time is more valuable than that extra $50 or even $100 that client would bring you. 

That’s just a fraction of what’s possible and waiting for you inside of The Lashpreneur Society. But look - don’t join if you are going to continue to prioritize work over everything else - cause you’re gonna waste your money. You either want change and OWN the fact that YOU CONTROL WHERE YOUR TIME IS SPENT or you play victim to your time and complain that there’s never enough until injury, illness or exhaustion physically stops your cycle of work.

I know I don’t want the latter for you - so if you can commit to 30-60 minutes a week to show up in the community or coaching calls, and go through the trainings - I promise you will find over the next few weeks - that you’ll have far more than just those 60 minutes to spend however you choose… whether that’s working ON your business and the big goals that now become possible with this new found time OR spending time with loved ones who have been taking a back seat for far too long.

When Will You Open Again? Can I Join Anytime?

I'm going to offer a possible perspective shift.

Are you asking this question because maybe you're thinking now isn't the right time? Do you know when is the right time? If you don’t have a set date in mind, how long have you been putting off going all in on your dream and using “now isn’t the right time” as your justification for not taking a leap to invest in yourself? How much longer are you willing to put it off

Starting a business can be a lot like having kids - you know you want em - but the truth is - the time is never perfect or right, is it? But when you get clear on what you want and you’re committed to making it happen, you -make- the time. And that’s the choice you have to make today. Are you going to continue to put your dreams off for someday/one day (which let’s face - that time isn’t coming anytime soon) or are you going to make it happen because you are in control of your life and your future and you are in charge of your time and where it’s spent? If not now, then when?

Just something I wanted to have you think through if that was maybe your thought process. We will likely be opening again later this year but we don't have an exact date scheduled yet and we would hate for you not to have support and guidance over the next few months if that's something that would be of value to you.

We only open up enrollment to the public 2-3 times a year. Although the last two years we've only opened up twice! We want to make sure we are spending the time between our enrollment periods to focus on serving our current members and not forever marketing this program. We only open enrollment to the public once in the fall/winter and once in the spring/summer. If you decide not to join us for this round - you'll have to wait until we open up enrollment again in 3-6 months.
